ADLLC is a minority community/economic development company dedicated to addressing the community economic and housing needs of neglected and underserved communities. With a deep understanding of the low-and moderate- income (LMI) market and the prevalence of disinvestment, ADLLC was created in 2004 for the purpose of promoting community and economic development in rural communities. ADLLC’s mission is to revitalize rural communities by developing quality affordable housing and spurring economic development. We are currently focusing on Warren County and its neighboring communities, however, our long-term goal is to revive rural communities throughout the state and eventually, across the southeastern region.
